A proposal by the Kyoai Gakuen University has been selected for ???FY 2014 center of Community program??? by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). The COC program is one of the University Reform Action Plan of MEXT and aims to support universities that oriented to local communities. Universities which had selected for this project will act as a center of community and gathers various human resources, information and technology. For fiscal year 2014, only 25 proposals were selected among 237 proposals by 246 universities, junior colleges and technical colleges.
